Oluwatobi Osinowo is the Founder. Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Lake Point International, an investment holding company focused on the ownership, development and stewardship of real assets, infrastructure and strategic investments.

With more than three decades of experience across capital markets, investment management, real assets, treasury and structured finance, he brings a disciplined approach to capital allocation, investment execution and long-term value creation.

Under his leadership. Lake Point International has conceived, financed and developed institutional-quality real assets valued with in excess of US $ 250 million. These include Lake Point Towers, an approximately 15,000 sqm Grade A waterfront office development on Banana Island, Ikoyi, and Lake Point Apartments, a luxury residential development overlooking Banana Island's Central Park and the Lagos Lagoon.

Before establishing Lake Point International,he founded and led Axial Ventures Limited, an investment and financial advisory firm specialising in treasury, foreign exchange, structured finance and corporate finance. The firm executed cumulative interbank and alternative foreign exchange trading volumes in excess of US$ 3 billion.

His investment philosophy centers on disciplined capital allocation, thoughtful design, sound governance and active stewardship. He leads Lake Point International’s strategy and portfolio management, supported by trusted relationships with institutional investors, financial institutions and professional advisers.

He has completed executive education at the Lagos Business School, Harvard University, and IESE Business School and is an alumnus of the Oxford University Business Alumni Network. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Jos and an MBA in Banking & Finance.
